CSS menu in IE problem

I've written a menu in css and it works like i want it perfectly in FF as seen here:
http://gjc.gsadesign.com.au/menu_test5.html - but when it loads the first time the "contact us" link moves until the broswer re-freshes..but thats not the problem

when seen in IE it goes to hell, how can i fix this issue?
