I checked out the tableless version of my site at work on the larger monitor with the 1280 x 1024 resolution. The layout still breaks on changing the text size by one in either direction, larger or smaller. How do I keep this from happening without resorting to tables? g.

It's not really a specific problem. It's more in the way you design the site where you run into them.
