layers

Hi i am having problems with layers in my website. When the browser window is resized the layers do not move with the rest of the page. Is there a way to get these layers to move with the rest of the page
Cheers

Do you have any code or a url we could look at. It is quite hard to address a problem, when we have nothing but a description to go from.

Re: layers

Hi Forry

We'd need to see your page and what you are trying to achieve.

Generally, this would be done using JavaScript and/or CSS.

hi, thanks for the reply. the url for the site is www.cravenpublishing.com.
If u go into the current publications page and then any of the sub headings u will see the pics of the magazine covers. as the browser window is decreased or increased using the mouse at the bottom of the window u will notice that the pics or layer does not move with the text.
Is there a way of getting these layers to move.
This is an even bigger problem on MAC'S becuase the images appear over the main text on each page. Im guessing that is because of the macs browser.
Thanks

Why are u using a layer there?
Why not just add that picture into the table and center it.

hi, i have a cell for the main text so not sure how to create another cell on top of another. im not using tables either.
would it be worthwhile breaking the cell into 3 part. 1 for the main heading text, 1 for the mag pics and 1 for the main body text

Why dont you just add the picture above the content and center it?

This would solve the problem.
