Graphics problems

When I load my page in my default - Safari (i'm on a mac). It loads perfectly. When I load it in Firefox the graphic comes up with a blue border and the graphic looks appalling quality compared to normal.

how do I a) get rid of the border line? and b) make sure the graphic will look good.

Does anyone have any good links to sites with lots of browser problems and the ways around them etc?

Thanks in advance.

to get rid of the blue line, use border="0" in the img tag...

i dont know why the graphic would look a different quality...

Thanks that helped.

Still though the image looks very bitmapped in FF and the rollover effect I've used doesn't work. It works fine in Safari. Anyone got any ideas as to why it wouldn't work?

Thanks again in advance

It could very much be that the graphic contains colors that are not websafe, and that can sometimes affect quality. It could also be the type of file it is. Is it a .bmp, .jpg, or .jpeg?

.jpg and .jpeg are the two that often work and show better in most browsers...well for me at least.
