Hello all, I am currently making a website for a company and its standard that I make the site compatible to use with all the popular browsers, however even though the site runs fine, there is one small graphical error. In IE everything works fine, but in Netscape and Firefox, one of my graphic effects goes haywire. What I am doing is putting a
png image next to a
swf movie, it matches perfectly in IE, but in the other ones there is a gap between them no matter what I do. I have tried just using 1 file with the effect that I have and trying different variations of putting the graphic together. I tried using jpg,
gif and
png with a
swf file, but firefox and netscape insists on putting that gap there. I have tried to make the image and
swf borderless with no luck, I tried putting onto the same table and still nothing. Is there anyway I can get rid of this border that keeps on appearing in netscape and firefox? Here is an example of what happens. Thank you in advanced.
Edit... wait wait wait... I think I've just found a solution. I put the 2 items into a table, but each item into seperate columns, that seemed to fix the problem for now. Now its a matter of seeing if this table has messed up any more of my website design.
