[SOLVED] password protection

Hi all
I am doing my best to build a website though really am struggling (read no idea)

my site consists of a front page, snitz forum and 2 multi page information areas.

I would like to have the 2 multi info pages so people need to log in to view them, I would also like the log ins to be the same as what they use for the snitz forums, is this possible?

Also are there any snitz experts on these forums?

Hi.

You need to query the snitz user table for this info.

Bear in mind that snitz uses sha256 encryption on the password, so you will have to perfom the same conversion on it before comparing them to the values in the snitz DB.

I am no guru, but I know an awful lot about snitz forumz.

Might be a bit over my headI know where the member info is kept in the database is that the user table?

Will the site integration mod help me with this?

Is it ok to adk questions about the snitz board set up here or you rather that is kept on the snitz site.

I would get this done proffesionally but doubt I could afford it:sad:

ps I can see yo know stacks about snitz just by looking at your forum
