Hi taco,

Personally I would suggest against frames of any sort because they aren't supported by older browsers and are difficult to setup, which means you are more likely to make mistakes and create inaccessable content. Frames also mean that if someone finds a piece of your content from a search engine, they'll get the page that is the frame, and not see the rest of your site or even your navigation. There are ways around this, but it's difficult.

However, if you do want to use frames and more specifically iFrames, then check this:

From looking at your site I don't see how iframes would be of much use. If you're trying to keep some parts of the page consistent while others change then server side includes is what you're looking for.

Well i have messed around with the iframes a little bit and i think i have them pretty much down. They are not really to tough to work with. I now am interested in Ifacing which i seen on a template i downloaded. The way i have learned html is to download templates and study them and look into the things that i like. I am more of a hands on learner so i think that it is the best way i can really grasp the subject. Reading will only help me to understand it so much. I need to understand exactly how it works and how it makes its affect on the page for me to truly understand its uses and how it can make my site better. You guys on this forum are very skilled and i hope to learn as much as i possibly can from you. And if i can be of anyhelp to any of you just let me know. I have my own hosting and could hook a couple of you up with some really good deals seeing as how i consider all of you net friends so my email and stuff is in here. Also if you have any tips you think would help please post them. I love knowledge and i want to be the best designer i can be
