embedding video's in to my site

Hi all,
I need a little help.
I know how to embed videos in to my website that's not a problem.
What I need help with, is how do I get the video files to play in the flash player every time i click on a different link.

e.g. if i click on the link food, in opens up the flash player. then if click on a link called drinks how do i get the link to open up in the same player, with out opening up a new player.
