Problem uploading microsoft word documents for download

Hello all,
i am new to this forum and this is my first post, please excuse me if i have posted incorrectly...
I am currently building a website where customers can design there own PVC cards, (i cant afford a PHP programer, so my customers can design online!) so i am taking the easy option..... What i want to do is add download links to ms word, publisher, fireworks, & photoshop documents so coustomers can download and the correct size card template will open in the relevent program, I am having trouble with a ms word document that i have uploaded, (this is the 1st one i have tried!) i have uploaded a variety of documents ending with .doc, .docx, and even compressed my word document into a zip file, however i cannot get my file to open, the url for the .zip file is : http://www.inventa-card.co.uk/wordss.zip (Unknown File Type) this is the message i am getting with all document types .doc etc.
is there any way i can solve this problem ? i cant understand where i have gone wrong !!
any help would be much appreciated

Make sure you are uploading the zip files as binary and not ascii etc..

i have tried uploading in binary but has not solved it, its still coming up the same (unknown file type)

I hit your link and it came up fine for me. So I don't know, the problem may be with your computer/browser?

Thank you moojoo, It works fine now , im so stupid, i forgot to install winzip ..... what an idiot !!!
