How to modify a website

Hello,
I make a little design of website using photoshop. Afterwards I sliced and transfer to dreaweaver to make it in HTML code.
How could I change or modify that desig?
Is it some way to bring it back to photoshop?
How can I add up other features?

What is it you wanted to modify?

Well, you've still got the images (JPG, GIF, PNG etc.) - why not try re-editing them in PS?
