New 2 All This But <willing2learn}
hey im new to this but WILLING2LEARN
im trynna learn how to create a website skin like http://www.phpprobid.com/portfolio.php?mod=skin for my auction site what will i need. i have photoshop and dreamweaver i can create a weblayout but how do i set up my layout to match all the links and the functions that i have for my auction please help thanks in advance |

Okay let's start with what you know.
Do you know HTML and CSS? If not, go to the relevant sections to get resources for learning. If you do, go to cssmania.com and get some inspiration for your design.

I agree with ALex, learn first HTML and CSS. They are the basic foundation of web development. A lot of tutorials out there, try this: www.w3schools.com.
