It basicly means that you can sell shared hosting accounts to other people.
This would be better posted in the Hosting section. I am sure a mod will move it for you

Yes it can. You can get a Domain Reseller aswell. I probubly should have mentioned this.

From what? Domain reselling or hosting reselling?
In my opinion, if you want to make money from either you must own your own servers also it will be pretty hard to break into that market.

Ok but you more than likely have to sell 1,000,000+ domains to make a years earnings.
EDIT: Ok.. ok.. Mabey i am exagerating but i think it will be pretty hard
