i'm planning to have my own business. Real Estate business. need a website. have money for one. have desire to do it partially myself. know basics of dreamweaver, not at a loss when see html coding. where to go next?

as for maps. there are websites, like http://www.usflashmap.com/ they offer flash maps. you install them to your website and these interactive maps don't simply show some locations, but they are "smart" so to say, since they zoom in and out. well, just have a look at it on the site. and i want to have one on my website. it's a pretty useful thing, you know.
but i'm afraid i will have difficulties with it. will i?
