PR and Link acquiring

I am looking for some help... I have several websites around the finance and property arena for which I am now looking to acquire one way links into to my sites.. Irrespective of what some say, I would prefer the links to be of a higher PR.. Without paying a broker, can anyone help me ? Any advise would be appreciated.

Nothing is free in the world, you will have to give them something for your links. You will have to write some 'link-bait'. IMHO, article submission is the way forward.

For pr and link acquiring, there should be an involvement in seo programs like link building, article submissions, to place your link on social sites.......
