[need help-SEO]Counting no. of backlinks

I already have a website. Now I started another new website. If I place a link to the new website in the footer of every page of old website, will it count as a single backlink or maultiple backlinks. Say my old website has about 25 pages+ over 100 forum pages. So should I count as 1 or 25+ backlinks.

Note :
Old site: http://www.biologyformhtcet.com (approx 4 months old, PR 0, No DMOZ listing, Google has 147 results for site:biologyformhtcet.com)

New site: http://www.mht-cet-online.com

Both sites have related content.

Yes it will count as a backlink.

Google will register each link individually, but they won't be valued as 147 individual quality links. Google ignores repetition within a domain...

I also felt that it wouldn't count a 147 quality backlinks because it is against 'natural' vote, but just wanted to confirm from somebody more knowledgeable!

since there all links are from the same domain so these links are not having much value, secondly, this is not ethical way of getting back links. So many links from a single domain might also be counted in spam. I welcome all other participants to comment on this topic .. are they satisfied with me or not....

Even if you have 100,10, or 1, google will count links from one domain as 1 or 2 back links ( maximum).

However, it is better to have link on the homepage
