[SOLVED] Dreamweaver - I can only see /htdocs/ in Remote Site

My hosting company says that there are these folders in my root directory:

htdocs
cgi-bin
media
database

However, in Dreamweaver, when I go to Files, and view the remote site, there is only /htdocs/ listed. How do I see the other ones? I haven't had any problems with this until now, but now I want to put some files in the media folder and I don't know how to get to it. My site is up at www.Frontiers.uk.net.

Have you tried FTP'ing from a dedicated FTP program like FileZilla?

Simon - I need to get to the media folder because I'm doing some media streaming and my host says I need to put the media files in that folder.

Marc - No, I could try that - but it seems weird that Dreamweaver can't see them doesn't it?

use file zilla or the like.

Dreamweaver only works on the doc root.

Thanks - I downloaded Filezilla and it worked fine.

I had thought that Dreamweaver could do everything!
