I need PHP Contact & Signup forms?

hi...
I need PHP Contact & Signup forms?
i dont hve server. so i want through my mail with viewer IP details also.

plz tell me how to use tht. im using dreamweaver 8.


When viewer submit forms i want 2 receive through mail.

anybody try 2 help me. its urgent.

How can you not have a server?

It's quite practical to test our HTML code with a browser that's looking at a file:// URL, but once you get onto PHP, you do need to run a piece of server software.
