Know how to use Geodesic Enterprise Classifieds?

Im looking for someone with experience in or knows how to build classified websites using Geodesic Solutions "Enterprise Classifieds" software for an entire build of a pre designed sight. With the ability to customise and mod certain areas in PHP. Prefferably with at least three years experience within the hertfordshire area or surrounding counties (united Kingdom) if anyone knows of anyone who might be able to help please pass this on or let me know.
