php online survey - coding help
I need to create a small online survey with results feedback.
See www.rotorua.familytv.co.nz Currently the form is cgi driven (with errors!) but a self-contained php one would be better. How do I achieve this? I have tried phpsurveyor and phpeps bu they create layouts that are far too wide and also generate server errors - cannot send cookies etc Does anyone have some code floating around that I could use? The single question poll will change monthly.
