How do i put an rss feed on my homepage?

For those of you who remember me, i'm back, and i'm redesigning my pyramidia artwork site... again.

I've got a basic layout in mind, losing the dropdown menus and flash banner, but the main feature i'm looking for is a box about 2/3 the width of the screen (the other 1/3 will be for the welcome/summery of the site) to contain the latest entry in my news/updates blog, which by the way is hosted by freewebs.

what do i need to do to include it? i want to use regular old html for the rest of it, but i'm not sure how to use php in just one little area.

Hi Zonglars,

I've found just the tool for you! All you need is the URL to your own RSS feed, and a link to the feed informer

All you'll need to do is submit your feed URL to the informer website, and it'll take you through the process of getting your RSS content on your website
