Easy simple CMS

Looking for a really simple and easy to use CMS for my clients site.

All that i need is something where he can change some content on a few of the pages, nothing major or anything.

Not really inclined to using wordpress etc etc, any ideas people?

Cheers

Craig

I've heard a lot of good buzz about CMS from Scratch (I know our fellow member dab42pat has used it and seems to think it's good )
