Redirect user based on location

I'm currently designing a website for one of my cilents, they want to display prices for uk customer only. Is there a way so if a user from france visits the website it will redirect them to a display page saying you must be in the uk to view this website

I know this is possible, but it doesn't seem completely straight forward.

A search on Google for 'redirect based on IP' brings up a few results that should help you get started.
