Novice..Help Building Discussion Forum

Hey everyone,

I'm a complete novice thats been charged with trying to implement a phpbb discussion forum on a fan site I'm helping to create. I have no idea where to start, and absolutely no coding experience. I'm not certain at this point if I need to be looking at hiring someone to code this, what the cost for that might run, or if theres some type of template/form that will make it a step by step process.

Thanks for your patience in advance. Just don't know where to start so if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd be so appreciative.

To implement phpBB forum, you need no coding skills. You just have to install it like you install any other application. Please google for installation tutorials for check their site out.
