Shopping Cart Solution

I am looking for suggestions for a PHP shopping cart that has the features listed below. Currently there is a shopping cart (x-cart) and while it does the job, there are some things that are way too difficult to do. I have been looking around for a replacement and thought I should get some help as search engines are only good finding them, where as getting recommendations from those like me who actually use them is far better.
Necessary Features:

• Authorize.net payment gateway
• Utilizes Web Standards (preferred)
• Easy to style (via CSS or template - preferably not .tpl)
• Allows for E-goods (download products)
• Allows for Anonymous purchases (no registration required)

It would be nice for it to not cost anything, but if it's good enough my client may bite the bullet. Does anyone know any PHP Shopping Cart Solutions that might fit those feature requirements?

I dont know of an off the shelf cart which has all those features.

But im sure the most well recognized carts such as oscommerce will have user made mods for it.

zen cart would be another one to look for. Again, maybe not out the box but theres plenty of mods.

So far I have received three suggestions to investigate (OSCommerce, ZenCart, CartManger). Are there any others? Maybe not necessarily out of the box as mentioned?

Just go with the main ones mentioned above. More support there.
