Incentive trace? -- HELP

Well basicly im making a free item site,


it will only be giving away one item at a time,

and they have to complete an ofer to get the gift.



how would i set my site up to trace if they done offer or not?

the user must simply complete an off hat i get paid for,

and i need to be able to trace WHO has done offers or not

no as im using them via an advertising site,

Knowing nothing of what sites will have the others, what system they use etc.
I cannot help you! You will have to contact the sites and ask them to cooperate with you or if by advertising site you mean a script you used, consult the manual.
At the end of the day this is a pyramid scheme and there are thousands out there already.
Also I did not get a request on MSN.
