Php + Gd

I have quite a long script which will add stuff to an image depending on the user name they use. I've just tried to paste this code into my IF's, because they get a different selection of images depending on the style they pick.

It didn't like it so i started to put slashes infront of the \"\" etc but it then came to an error for some code i can't edit, so I'm not sure what to do. Could someone please help? PM me for part of the script.

It's not something I want to display, I'll need you to edit the script slightly to work in an IF statement(Maybe just adding \"\").
