User Log In / Member Area
Im pretty sure PHP is what would allow this, but not positive. I wanted to make an area to my website that users and visitors could register, make a profile and all, and have access to special areas of the site. I wasnt sure if this was php cms or what. Could anyone help?
If Im in the wrong area with this Im sorry. Thanks, Jon Also, would I need MYSQL for this? |

Re: User Log In / Member Area
PHP CMS just means content management system.
But yes php is what you need. You may want to use a free script and intergrate it into your site. www.hotscripts.com |

Re: User Log In / Member Area
Or if you want to build it yourself, read how to set up sessions and work with databases, specifically mysql. But like sypher said, it would probably be a good idea to check out hotscripts.
