A bit cheeky???

Hi everyone.
I know this may sound a bit cheeky but ive come to a dead end. I need a contact form script in php that emails what the user has entered into the fields. There will only be three fields, Name, Email, and comments, and then this will get emailed to me. The only knowledge of php i have are includes! How long would it take one of you amazing programmers to code a simple script like this???
