Site email being picked as spam
Hi All
Some help will be gratefully appreciated on this pls. We have developed a custom built dating website. it all works well except that when members join, the email that is sent from the site (containing member login details) gets picked up as spam by the likes of hotmail..., so the user unfortunately cant see the email. Can any one help pls? thanks so much in advance sonia |

I presume it is because of the wording used in the message and its subject. Try keeping it simple: "site.com login information"
Also i think if you ask the user to add your sites email address into their address book it should not be marked as spam. |

Without actually seeing the subject, message, etc, it's difficult for us to advise you previsely!
