Need Advice
i am trying to get a form to work in the fact that when the submit button is click it converts the form into a PDF file and then uploads to a FTP server???
is there anyone that can help with this???

You can upload the form information in the normal way throught the GET or POST methods then use the PHP functions described here to create a pdf which you can transfer using the FTP functions described here. I do not have any personal experience of the .pdf routinues, but they've been around a while and appear to be well regarded. The ftp routines work well enough once you work out all your current directories and paths!

FPDF is another very good and very easy way to create PDFs using PHP
