Calling .php file from a perl scripts

Hi Dear,
I have very simple forum scripts from ForumScript.co.uk which I have used in my site. It does not require any database or login. It post the message in a .txt file. Now what I want is to make this page available only to my logged in user where I use .php file. I have check.php file that check if the user is logged in or not which I have used in my other php file successfully. Now I want to use this check.php file with the forum script which is a perl scripts. When user open the forum link it should check the check.php file to see if the user is logged in, if does it will open the page other wise show the error notice which is inside the check.php file.

Can some one tell me is this possible to implemnet. I am very novice in perl.
