looking for a cms that easily allows downloads

i was thinking of offereing free templates on my developers site, which means a whole new thinking on the site,

so i am looking for a cms system that would do the job easily

if you can recammend any, please let me know

If i was you, it doesnt sound that complex so I would probably custom build one

i dont know if you realise this, but i can x/html untill the cows come home,

but when it comes to php, i can only do email forms, and VERY basic things with it

to me, its not really an option because i will be damed if i am going to spend hours uploading images of templates then linking them
