Best Free FTP Available

Can anyone recommend a good free and easy to use FTP? Preferably not a '3 month trial' one!

One download is client, one is server. Which do i want (I use windows- so im assuming i dl that one!?)

You can't beat filezilla. I had to upload some artwork files recently on a computer with absolutely no web software on it what so ever. Was told about filezilla along time before this. Found it, downloaded it, ftp'd the files with no problems, really powerful and really east to use.
