Forbidden 403 error

Forbidden 403 error

Hi my site has been up and running for a while no probs. Yesterday i added a new ftp account so i could upload using dreamweaver. Since then when i try to access my page i get this error message:FORBIDDEN You don't have permission to access / on this server. Does anyone know why this is.

Maybe you deleted folders? Are you sure that they're there?

It could be that you changed your Read/Write Permissions on the folder by accident.
In your client (Dreamweaver), change the File Attributes (sometimes permissions) to:

Owner Permissions: Read, Write.
Group Permissions: Read.
Public Permissions: Read.

This should then read: -rw-r--r--

Mostly this problem is not big so you should change your permission then i think your site is not forbid 403.
