After six years, lost graphics?

I have a web site, hosted by my IP. For the last six year's it's worked to perfection! http://rap.midco.net/reedde/www

Lately, when new graphics, jpg's etc. have been uploaded they do not show up? All the older graphics are still OK, as is all the text.

I've tried all that I can think of to correct this, to no avail. I questioned my IP about any changes they may have made to the site (Possible conflict or changes to the address; spam filters, ect.). They just say to check my coding for errors; but I've never changed any these.

I've also tried different Html and FTP programs, that gave no results.
Then I did a really stupid thing! and deleated all the files associated with the site and re-uploaded all of them. Now all graphics and jpg's, etc. don't show up (New or Old).

Any Ideas?

Yes, they don't exist.
HTML: Select all
     SRC="b&b/mu_left.jpg"
Do not know what you are trying to reference to here.
And taking a look at your code, I'm not surprised this won't work.
This site looks like it's from the birth of the internet!
You need to brush up on your standards.
Sorry if I sounds harsh.

P.S. This should be in either "new to web design" or "HTML Forum".

Case sensistivity may be your problem.

If you images are .JPG and you are accessing .jpg then it might be causing this.

You may also have interchanged .jpg and .jpeg.

If the site runs well on your local machine, then problem is with the host.
However, if it does not run well on your machine too, probably there it some mistake in linking the files. Do check the file name extensions again.

Also your HTML has 73 errors and some of them are errors inside your image tags itself. Also, make sure your folders are named exactly the same (case too) of the location. Your image locations are all lowercase in the code, so they should be on the server too.

Re: After six years, lost graphics?

OK! This is what I'm looking for, good honest advice and criticism. Don't worry about my feelings, if it's junked and not up to scale that's what I need to know. I initially wrote this site using "notebook" and raw program editing, making changes until what I was looking for in looks and content appeared from scratch and reading various HTML help sites.

AlexGeek - I'm referencing a graphic, left part of a three part button.
Rakel & Johansen - You both probably right? But site runs perfect on my PC.
Justin Studios - Really 73 errors! Yipes!

I really appreciate all of your input and I'll give it a try again. I just find it strange that all was good for six year's, during which I never changed graphics codes only updated text content.
However as to all the errors (Extraneous left overs, from bad coding) I take complete and undeniable blame, for not cleaning up after my self. Or for not knowing the difference!

Windows servers are not case sensitive, Unix servers are. This would be the differenece.

If you are looking for critique on your site, create a thread in the free website critique area. There are a whole bunch of added features there that make the critique more productive.

Chinook, I don't think you can use the & sign in your image paths take this out of the folder name and then adjust your code appropriately and they should all appear fine.
