Linking an outside page back to previous framed page

Hi,

I have a question regarding frames. I have a framed page (left side navigation, right side content) and I have a link in the content page to a non-framed image. Is there anyway to have a back link to the previous framed page? I only have one frames html page that links to my opening page and all subsequent content pages load in the content frame. I would want the back link to specifically load the framed page with the previous content page loaded and not just load the home page.
I hope this makes sense.

That's the problem when using frames on a site ... you can't link directly to a page within a frames site. Unless you use JS and then it won't work for users with javascript turn off or user browsing your site with text-browsers.

Loose the frames ...

If you were using them for the fact that you don't have to change your menu in every page do a search on the forum for php includes.
