Firefox because:
CSS styling is a lot better.
Plugins are awesome.
Downloading is easier

Re: Ok what Browser

Firefox because of better rendering.

By the way, this result will be bias and you shouldn't use it for any real reason UNLESS you are wondering what browser is most used by Web Designers and Developers.

Re: Ok what Browser

For non-bias results, do you reckon someone could persuade google to do this?
If you think so I'll try and contact them.

In my opinion, The Counter - listed in another thread has completely good results.

Re: Ok what Browser

I use IE7. Not because I think it's better, but out of habit. I'm just used to hitting the little blue 'e'. Ultimately, as a user, I don't care what browser renders CSS better. As long as the website loads quickly and I can find the information that I want, I'm more than happy.

Re: Ok what Browser

Firefox here. I saw this question/poll on another forum recently; a site for artists (lots of older, retired people - not too many web-savvy types). Was surprised to see Firefox was the #1 choice, way ahead of the other browsers. Maybe there's hope!

Re: Ok what Browser

I like FF the best as well for many of the same reason already posted (CSS rendering, Speed, add ons, STUMBLE, etc.)
However, Safari does a great job at CSS rendering as well, and the colors are much more vibrant in safari than firefox. It seems that FF colors tend to bland out.

Thoughts? Anybody else notice this as well?

Re: Ok what Browser

You just seem to be able to do more with FF. I never really used IE. Even now I just have a copy for testing. I originally started with netscape but their recent versions have left alot to be desired.

Re: Ok what Browser

I am using FF as well. I know that IE have "loop-hole", FF is more secure. But I read somewhere again that it produce a "back-door" if you install both FF and IE in the same time .

Just an info to share..
