why do I see different to others?
I've been trying to design my first site as a learning process for a friend. I uploaded it to their domain and they kept checking as changes were made.
However I uploaded for the last time and deleted all files from the server that were not required yet they see them and not the files that have been saved? It has led to a few problems as I enter the site as everyone would and I see the changes. How is this happening? I don't believe it's a problem at my side but with their side but then don't know what that problem could be. Any suggestions? |

Re: why do I see different to others?
A link would help...
Tell "them" to press [F5] or whatever to make sure they are really reloading the page.

Re: why do I see different to others?
Are they seeing their own files on the server because they have access to those files, or when they simply visit the site? I suspect the latter.
If that is the case, it just means that they are looking at the old files stored in their computer's cache. Either delete the cache, or do F5/refresh. That should sort it. |
