Question Where to go?

Where would I look for some beginner design project to help build my portfolio?

Re: Where to go?

I would go with non profits or check with some local businesses. At this time in your career it is best to be very proactive to fill your portfolio

Yeah, i agree with sannbe on this one. That is why you see some users of this forum posting to say they will code your site for free to non-profits/profits. Its all about building your portfolio.

Re: Where to go?

Hi,

Try contacting some marketing or graphic design companies which do not provide website design services. If possible try and setup a deal so you pay them a commission on any work they send to you. They make money and so do you - win win situation
