Getting into Web Design: Training courses
I am considering a career change into Web Design, but I have no experience in this field. I am looking at Training providers, and finding out whether the course's will give me practical experience in Web Deisgn that would enable me to get a job in this field. So far I have found out about 'e-quals Web site design-Dreamweaver MX Level 2 (Unit 208)' a part time college course for 4 months, and a course with online provider Pitman Training. If anyone has done a course with either of these providers, or can offer me advice on a practical training course to give me a grounding in Web Design, it would be much appreciated. Regards BA |

Re: Getting into Web Design: Training courses
You will find people here are of two thoughts... We have students who have taken or in the process of taking training courses. We also have alot of people who are self taught and fell into the profession all sort of ways. Interestingly enough, some of the school trained have found they learned more coming here. The desiscion how to learn is really up to you.
