A special trick

I want to make a special link to my webpage. On my page I have a picture of myself sitting down. There will be a picture of slippers next to me. In order for people to enter my website I want them to have to click on the slippers and drag them over to my feet.

Can I do this?

This is very advanced AFAIK.

My best uneducated guess is that Flash would be the easiest approach. You might be able to code it in javascript but I wouldn't know where to begin and it wouldn't work for js-disabled browsers.

Instructions would definitely be a must, but is there a specific reason why you want to do this?

My .02 cents on this is that if you need to put instructions on your site to tell people how to enter it or navigate it, then it's not a very good design!

This can be done in about 30 seconds in flash. But as Ryan said, no one is going to want to read directions...hahaha, I would just get pissed off and leave...hehe.

Thanks! Yes...it is a peculiar request...but...then again, I am a peculiar person I am living in China now. The main page is going to have a pic of me in traditional Chinese clothing, with a greeting "welcome to my Chinese home". As some of you may know, it is traditional in Chinese homes to take your shoes off and put on slippers before you enter

If I were doing this site for "general public consumption" I would not consider this but almost all of the folks who come to this site are familiar with me and my slight uniqueness (warpedness???)
