is there an easy way to do this???

hi, i am limited in my html knowledge, but wat i want to do is build a site where members can log in and update/control their very own personal page. so kind of like suicidegirls.com or myspace.
so members log in, update pictures, blog, calendar of events, etc.
are my ideas beyond me or is there a simple way(online site, tutorial, etc) that i can read to help me accomplish my goals?

You're going to need PHP, MySQL, HTML and CSS. And if you don't know much about those, you'll also need a whole lot of coffee! You might check out http://hotscripts.com to see if there's anything there that suits you. I would say that hiring someone would be your best option, however.

I second the hiring someone. It might take you a long time to be able to learn those programming languages good enough to code something like that.
