I need help adding a form to my website
Sorry if this is not in the correct place it is my first post
 I have built myself an enter page for my forum web site and I want to add a link page where people can submit their URL to my site. I have researched this on numerous occasions over the past few weeks and cannot find a "dummies" way to do this. Does anyone know of a straight talking tutorial that might help me install a form? you have many options to go with
1. you can try some opensource thing. 2. you can buy a script 3. you can write your own script.
