I'm not sure if my question belongs here or not.... I was wondering if there are freelance web design sites? Meaning are there sites where you can lobby for web design jobs? If so could you list them please. Thanks in advance.

I hate them sites, you never really no who you're dealing with, all for the sake of saving a cheap buck!
You'll be better off going to a repectable company without having people fight over you.
