managing user accounts.
hi everyone. please forgive my newbieism. i am going to eventually hire someone to do alot of the website work for me, but i am in the planning stages. i plan on offering a service to the general public and i would like all my customers to be able to login with a username and password and be able to view their account, what they owe, previous invoices and other things. i will be setting up a server with a database and customers should be able to call up their related data. similar to paypal. i login and i can see my transaction history, pending transactions and stuff like that. i have searched online all day and all i could find was buisnesses offering to do all this for a percentage.
my question to you experts is... is there a software solution that i can pay for once and use forever that could handle a number of accounts, route customers to thier proper data via username/password, possibly invoice individual customers whenever required, allow new customers to sign up. if someone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. thanks |
