Streaming video, voting & interactivity
Im looking for some help, any help is much appreciated. Have a read:
I need to add streaming video from say 'you tube' to a web page im building. I want there to be a box in the page where the video is viewed from and a play button for the use to start viewing the video. How do i go about this? i need to make a box with 3 radio buttons for three choices and a vote button. I can make the 3 radio buttons and the vote button but im stuck now as i dont know how to make it return a value when someone makes a vote. Ideally i'd like the user to vote and then after the vote button has been pressed, the user can see how many votes have been made for each category? I dont know CGI, i know there are scripts on the web to help with this but i cannot find anything that is vaguely similar to what i want to do. Also how can i make my pages more interactive with my limited skills. Im not using dreamweaver etc.. im writing the code in notepad. I want the user to be more involved. Cheers.
