creating a site for for image and file hosting

Hi,
I have created a small forum, but I get alot of problems with files being deleted from servers, megaupload and rapidshare, or images not showing.
So I'm thinking of creating a website for me and my mods to use for uploading images and files for my forums
I've already got a new domain and space with servage

but I don't know where to go to find info on how to create it
I want to be able to host images where after uploading I get the tags to use to enter them in my forum (ie, [img].....[/img], [url][img].....[img], etc)
basicaly I need to combine something like rapidshare(not as huge as that as its gonna be used by few people) with something like imagevenue both onto 1 site.

Does anyone know where I can find information on how to do that.

For the images, you could save yourself some money and use http://www.photobucket.com (it creates the BB Codes for you after uploading) and for hosting the files you could use something like http://www.divshare.com
