Designing a Personal Web Page
Hi,
I'm new addition to this forum. I have a domain name. I would like to design a personal web page for me with lot of stuff regarding my job, movies and many more. Do I have to know HTML to design a web page, if not are there any softwares which help to design web pages? I truly appreciate any useful suggestions. Thanks! Nat

If you are looking to design a "substandard" website, than no, you do not need to know HTML. If you want a modern website built for users and search engines, you'll need to know HTML and CSS quite well.
