MySQL and dreamweaver

Does anyone use dreamweaver to connect to a mysql database.

Im having issues setting up the connection.

I have some hosting through servage and a mysql database setup and just cant get connect - in the ftp address i have put ftp.servage.net and then used the database username and password but it just doesnt connect.

hmmm, apolgies if i mis-interpret your question.

the ftp is for uploading new files, nothing to do with a mysql database

have you tried looking in the help section, type 'mysql'
