Microsoft JET Database Engine path error

Hi all, my boss has asked me to see if i can update our website, it is done in asp and access, basically i have put it on a test server but everytime i keep trying to view the admin and products page and i keep getting

Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80004005)
'W:\webs\Hosted_Sites\www.towelrails2go.com\databa se\towelrails2go.mdb' is not a valid path. Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.
/www/products2.asp, line 41

Browser Type:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1)
Page:
GET /www/products2.asp

would anyone know which file i need to edit to change the path of the database from 'W:\webs\Hosted_Sites\www.towelrails2go.com\databa se\towelrails2go.mdb' to '..\database\towelrails2go.mdb'

Depends how it was set up I believe (I've never really used asp, just the .net variety)... I'd check out your web.config file though...

Re: Microsoft JET Database Engine path error

basically, the database driver cannot find the database file.

either, it's not in this folder:
W:\webs\Hosted_Sites\www.towelrails2go.com\database\

OR, it's not called:
towelrails2go.mdb

also, you had a space in the file path:
databa se\

I'm not sure if that was just an error on your post or in your application.

Either way, you should use Server.MapPath(VIRTUAL_PATH_TO_DATABASE) to avoid these errors

To fix this, start by looking at the /www/products2.asp file on line 41.
